CrossFit classes are avaliable to people that have completed the Foundation Program or have had proven previous experience at another CrossFit facility.

Personal Training

Personal Training is avaliable to members or non-members that may wish to work on specified areas or are training for an event.

  • Cost $40 for 30 Minutes
  • Cost $60 for 60 Minutes

Strictly by appointment only.

Foundations Program

Foundations Program ($200 which includes first month membership)

The foundations Program is run over 5 hours, on the weekend initially, and is compulsory for anyone that wishes to join our main stream classes.

This program will give you an understanding of what is involved in CrossFit and what CrossFit Port Augusta can offer you.

You will learn the nine foundations movements of CrossFit: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, High Pull and Medicine Ball Clean.

We will focus on improving your movement which in turn will enable you to perform given exercises more efficiently.

The Foundation Program also focuses on bodyweight exercises, power lifts, rowing, running and gymnastics.

Nutrition

CrossFit philosophy on nutrition is as follows:

  • Eat meats & vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.
  • Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
